AMAZING SUNDAY!!!
Dear Bishop and Elder,
I am so amazed how every Sunday that when I come to church something spectacular happen but I shouldn’t because this something that we do at “The Mount”. You have said it more than once, “How can you put that on the church program?” It is amazing how all brothers and sisters in our church come to the need of others in our church. They always do without hesitating and give graciously. I pray that the mother that is going thru chemo for her breast cancel will have a full recovery and by us (the kingdom) paying for her son college tuition will definitely take away the stress of trying to figure out how is she going to pay for her son college. Sometimes I wish I was millionaire because I would give money to “The Mount” so that families that can’t afford to send their children to college could go to T.C.C. to get at least 2 year degree.
The things that we do at “The Mount” should be a foundation for other churches to follow. I know others churches do things differently but if they see the way that we give God his and he blessed us 10 times over that we are able to help others in need. I am proud to be a partner of “The Mount” and when others ask me what church I attend, I say it loud and I say it proud “THE MOUNT”. The next question that they ask is “Is Kim Brown your pastor? He is off the chain and an awesome pastor”. They recognize the good work that you and The Mount put in not just for the Kingdom but for the community, schools, and colleges.
I know that you have heard it more than once but I want to say thank you for being my pastor and my mentor. I pray that you and “Elder Val” continue to lead and guide us just as the Lord continues to lead you. I pray that our Father in Heaven continues to bless “The Mount”, its partners, family, friends, and visitor with his love and miracles but I believe and have faith that He will.
