THE DISCIPLESHIP MINISTRY is proactive in shaping, forecasting, and leading all educational initiatives within The Mount. The Christian Academy is a separate entity and is not included in this ministry. As a Christian Training Institute, this ministry provides balanced and holistic approaches to address the believers’ spiritual and practical life development. The educational training curriculum and services include Partner Services, Intake Ministry, New Partners’ Orientation, and Practical Life Academy, Ministries in Training (MIT), Marriage Academy, Marriage College, Discipleship Academy and Teacher Training Workshops.
COUNSELING MINISTRY
The Lay Counseling Ministry is concerned about people and understands that every person needs comfort at times and need help working through their problems. We are a Care Ministry: CARE: Concerned, About, Real, Everyday issues that concern others, and we are available to help.
INTAKE MINISTRY
To welcome new partners through anointed words that conveys God’s love and the heart of the Pastor. To serve as a conduit for new partners during the assimilation process, steering them to covenant partner status and active life within the church.
MARRIAGE COLLEGE
To help couples understand God’s principal is of marriage by providing on-going educational resources to strengthen and build the foundation for a successful marriage.
NEW PARTNERS ACADEMY
To provide a program of Christian instruction that facilitates an enlightening experience leading to transformation. The ministry assists the Pastor in educating the local body of believers by operating within the Pastor’s vision focus and his assigned authority to perform ministry duties. The Discipleship Ministry engages in the act and process of educating to increase knowledge that pertains to God and the kingdom of God.
